We... Had... The time of our lives!!!

For our wedding, we had the honour of having the awesome DJ and MC duo of DJ Bre2ze (Brahm) and MC WongTong (Chuong).

Where to start?? There are not enough words to describe how professional, honest, genuine, creative, organized and devoted these guys are! From start to finish, they kept things on track both during the planning and during the wedding reception...always checking in between meetings if we needed help with other plans, as well as made sure we were taken care of as a priority, and respected the timeline throughout the night. Let’s just say that things went super smooth!

Both together, they tore the roof off and set the whole place on fire!! The music was LIT! And MC WongTong is so charismatic with great mic skills. The ideas they had for games and to deal with clinging the glasses for kisses were fantastic ?

Now, two weeks have gone and I am still getting compliments and high praise about the music and entertainment like “...impossible to leave the dance floor!” and “Hands down, best wedding ever!!”

Honestly, I could not have entrusted my wedding party/reception to better people than Brahm and Chuong. A huge thank you to DJ Shane for putting me in absolutely great hands for my special night.

What can we say about Shane! Shane was instrumental to the success of our wedding. Since day 1, when speaking to him on the phone only to get some information about his services, he was terrific.

On the day of our wedding, he was so present super helpful and ensuring that we had drinks and that we were eating our food hahaha. He knew how to read the crowd and was able to play music accordingly depending on how the crowd was feeling. I can honestly say that our wedding was the best day of our lives and Shane was a huge part of it.

Amazing DJ/MC

Chuong was our DJ and MC. He was really able to get a sense of what our personalities were and customize things to suit the mood of ourselves and our guests. He was professional, charismatic and entertaining.

He created custom playlists with all of the songs that we wanted. He made sure everything ran smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything, and checked in every so often with us to make sure that we were happy and having a good time (which we were).

He did a spectacular job and I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Best wedding DJ!!!

Best DJ out there! Shane was our DJ/Animator for our wedding and I cannot recommend him enough! We were looking for a bilingual DJ who could animate in both French and English and also a DJ who could play Portugese music at our wedding, and Shane gave us all of that! We met with Shane 3 times before the wedding.

He was professional, incredibly easy to work with, and very helpful in helping us plan out the night. He did a great job with the introductions, was well coordinated with the reception hall, and had everyone dancing all night long! The guests loved him and still, almost 2 weeks later, I have guests telling me how amazing our wedding DJ was.

His assistant, Vladimir, was also very professional and did a great job with the music! When someone requested 90s music, he did a great job playing a bunch of songs that got everyone moving! We also rented a photobooth, which the guests LOVED and a dry ice machine for our first dance, which was beautiful and impressed not only our guests, but also other vendors at our wedding. If there was one thing we did not have to worry about, it was the music and entertainment; we felt well taken care from day 1.

First of all, you need to know that Shane is so much more than just a DJ. He wants the whole day to be a success and works to this end - incredible. From the first meeting with him, we felt like we found a gem, and we truly did. We were looking for someone bilingual, and someone that knew how to throw a party. We had a few meetings and communications with him before the big day and he was always attentive to details and was able to provide us good guidance from his previous experiences. He was also able to provide us guidance with regards to the lightning of the room in our venue and it gave a very special look on the day of the wedding.

From the moment I saw Shane on the day of my wedding, before walking down the aisle, I knew he had everything under control. The ceremony was perfect, on time and everything went so smoothly. During the cocktail, Shane made sure we were eating some appetizers and that we had a drink (which you will completely miss otherwise...). He was always there with special attention towards us. During the dinner, the atmosphere was just insane, full of joy, games and party, just like we wanted.

We also had a special request to have our first dance outside with sparklers after the end of dinner, which was difficult logistically because all of our guests had to move outside quickly. Shane was able to handle that like it was nothing. During the evening, the music and party went on until 3 AM, just like we wished. The photobooth was insanely fun and everyone had a blast with it 😉 People are still sharing the photobooth pictures on Facebook weeks later.

Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Thanks also to Vladimir who helped Shane like a pro on the day of the wedding. An incredible team!

Just want to take a few moments to give Shane and Lyle a ginormous THANK YOU for their work at our wedding. Shane went above and beyond what an MC and DJ have to do for such events. He really made our night special and made us feel like royalty.

Shane took the time to meet with us before (twice), he went over everything so that we new what would happen and that everything would go our way. Shane was not only a DJ, he was there every step of the way, guiding me through every process. He was there to help me out and give me advice, which I needed, as I was in over my head. Where do I even begin? Shane and his team were incredible! From the very first moment that we reached out to him, all the way to the end of our wedding, Shane was attentive, hardworking, and thoughtful. Any time we had a question or needed to speak to him, he would respond instantaneously. Not only that, but he would even call from time to time throughout our year of wedding planning just to check in and see how things were going. Talk about going above and beyond!
It’s clear that Shane is a professional with a lot of experience, based on his suggestions and guidance. You really don’t need to worry about a thing if you hire him, he knows what to do! Our wedding required music in 3 different spaces (ceremony in one room, cocktails outdoors, and the reception in a hall) and Shane and his team were able to set-up and transition between all of these spaces seamlessly. For each event, the music was always fitting, and the sound level was perfect. Our hall was big and required a lot of sound, and Shane delivered! He went out of his way, getting to the venue early, and making 2 trips just bring in all of the equipment. Throughout the evening, Shane was always there for us (and even our guests!), making sure everything was ok and getting us anything we needed. He worked with all of the vendors to make sure that everything ran smoothly.

I also need to mention how awesome his photo booth was! I’ve been to a lot of weddings with photo booths, and this one was hands down the best. They had a wide selection of props that were fun and hilarious, and there was always someone from the DJ Shane team on hand to help out and make sure the pictures were great. Our guests really enjoyed it! I’d like to say a special thank you to DJ Vlad and DJ Chuong who were also incredible. They were with Shane from the start of the day, helping to set up the equipment, and working hard throughout the night to make sure everyone was having a good time. DJ Chuong is an awesome dancer and our guests loved having him out on the dance floor!

We hired DJ Shane to be the DJ and MC for the evening. What he did was over and beyond for the evening. Unlike our officiant, he arrived on time and said that he would be able to marry us if our guy was a no show. That is just the beginning.
While we were doing our pictures during cocktail hour, he made us a platter of our hors d'oeuvres and kept checking in on us. While we had our receiving line, he brought us drinks because he could see we were getting tired of it. How attentive is that?
The songs he put together for our entrances were perfect. He picked our songs for our dance with our respective parents - which were also perfect. Our first dance song needed editing done to it and it sounded flawless. He incorporated Italian and Hungarian songs to bring our families together. I have absolutely no reservations recommending him to anyone!

WOW!!!! I just had the most spectacular wedding day on Saturday!!! And I have to tell you if Shane was not there, that day wouldn't have turned out as it did.

Shane was the first vendor We booked for our wedding! I didn't even have a date set up or a venue!!! I got his name from reference and after speaking with him over the phone I knew that he was the DJ I wanted for our wedding! Amazing from start to finish!

Shane has been amazing from start to finish! I absolutely loved how he always responded immediately to any questions/queries we had, and was super patient with all our last minute changes!

I also appreciate the fact that he truly took the time to get to know us before the wedding, not sure if it's common among DJs to do that, but if it isn't, it should! It made a hell of a difference on the big day.

We hired Shane to DJ/MC our wedding on July 27th, and we are so thrilled with our decision. From our very first phone call, Shane's outgoing and kind-hearted personality put us at ease. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

Shane and his team are absolutely incredible! From the initial phone call, the meetings, day of the wedding and days after, Shane was always available to answer any questions and help out in any way possible.

My husband and I live in Calgary and therefore anytime we were in Montreal the year leading up to the wedding, our schedules were jam packed. Shane was always flexible in finding times and locations to meet up with us to discuss the wedding. He helped us not only choose stellar music for the reception, but helped create the schedule, pick our ceremony music, first dance songs, games and so much more.

During our last meeting, 5 days before the wedding, we decided to add a photo booth to our reception and Shane did everything he needed to do in order to make it happen! Our guests loved it!

Shane went above and beyond by checking on us before the ceremony to make sure we were feeling good and ready to go. He even checked on and brought some water to my husband as he anxiously awaited me at the altar...I was running a little late! He always made sure we had a drink in our hands during the reception and he even checked on our parents to do the same!
Overall, our experience with Shane, from the DJ & MC service, to the photo booth, TV screens and up lighting, was amazing.

We had complete confidence that he would make our day that much more special and he didn’t disappoint!

Fear not, Shane is on it!

From start to finish Shane was there for us. I was stressing the whole time and he basically told me that I wasn’t allowed to worry anymore because he was on the job.

He was the one vendor I felt I didn’t have to worry about at all, he made the wedding. He even came up to us throughout the wedding and made sure we had enough water, etc. Many people made a point to tell me that the dj was awesome.

DJ Shane is professional, attentive, high-energy and fun. We can't recommend him enough!

We hired DJ Shane to DJ and MC for our summer wedding. He came already recommended by our photographers. Early on we felt very comfortable with him. We had multiple meetings ahead of the big day to discuss what sort of wedding we wanted, specific song picks and the overall schedule for the evening. Shane never rushed us through these and was always only a quick phone call or email away. The planning was thorough, but also allowed for enough flexibility that if things went late (and they did!), Shane could adjust.

On the big day, Shane was incredibly attentive to our needs. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were having fun, and if anything made us nervous, he dealt with it. He made himself the go-to person for the venue and this took a massive load off us and allowed us to enjoy our evening.

The music was amazing, he got everyone dancing right after the main course and we got a number of compliments on the music, the games and the amazing MC work. We found out after the fact how many strings Shane was pulling behind the scenes to make sure the whole wedding went without a hitch. Before every speech he checked in with the speaker to make sure they were ready to go. He always had a pulse on the crowd and would recommend things to us, making our lives much easier. He coordinated with our photographers for key moments (they love him!). He had eyes and ears everywhere we couldn't and made sure our wedding was a resounding success.

There are bad DJ'S, good DJ's, and excellent DJ's. Shane definitely is located in the excellent bracket. We hired him after reading many many great reviews and were still surprised by the quality of his service. He goes well beyond standing behind the decks playing music, and focuses on making sure your special day is one to remember.

Some things I remember him performing include talking on the phone and in person well in advance of the wedding to make sure he knew what we wanted both music and environment wise, making sure the groom and bride always were not lacking a drink in their hands, getting the whole wedding party involved with some original games, and even chasing off gate crashers !

In closing, Shane made a wonderful night all the more special. Do not hesitate to hire this man, and ask him about his thoughts about hiring extra entertainment including magicians.

So many of our guests actually came to us, telling us how great Jason and Shane were!.. I honestly did not expect my parents, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends to comment on this! smile emoticon Every one had an amazing time, and this is what we were hoping for!..
But what is important to know is how helpful Shane was the whole year preceding the wedding!.. Always there to answer our questions, guide us in the preparation and organization of the day. He was very resourceful when we were looking for something to rent or buy, had many references to propose, but never forced anything on us. He was amazingly respectful of our values, choices, preferences and decisions. During the week before the wedding, I think we spoke with him every day!.. Not too long!.. He was just making sure we were ok and organizing the last details.

DJ Shane was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding process. My wife and i had met with many other DJs and after each meeting we would always find ourselves complaining about one thing or another and felt like we were going to have to ultimately settle. When we met with Shane if was a completely different story. We instantly saw that he is super genuine, easy to get along with and overall funny guy. When he asked us if we would like to talk it over and get back to him, my wife and i looked at each other and just nodded....we booked him right away! He did not disappoint! Shane helped us plan out our timeline for the evening, incorporated jewish/greek/italian songs/traditions, and most importantly he had my back throughout the entire day. From across the room he would spot me talking to someone from the reception hall and he would immediately come over to me and say "you shouldn't be dealing with whatever that was about, enjoy yourself, tell me what i can do". Our fabulous wedding

From the start, I knew Shane was going to be a great fit with our style and family and friends! We wanted a dance party and that's what we got - and more! He was extremely helpful in the planning process, for more than just music; scheduling, creating atmospheres, set up, etc.

He was a great help for me while planning. Very responsive to all my messages (and there were a lot!). And he certainly lived up to his reputation on the big day! He was so present for us! Making sure we had drinks, helping is to keep track of the timeline we had set and had no issues when we wanted to remove certain parts of the reception.

Everyone had a blast - he was part of the life of the party for sure! And his new Photo Booth is TOP NOTCH. We loved it. I cant recommend Shane and his team enough - they were really amazing.
