So you really don’t want to go to a wedding you’re invited to or maybe “weddings” in general, are not something you like.

I get it.

I hate getting dressed up personally. I actually don’t even wear a tie when I dj weddings, however when you are going to a wedding take a moment to think about the bride & groom or the people paying for you to be there.

Now nobody says you need to wear a three piece suit or an extravagant dress, but take the time to think of the following reasons to look and act respectable at an event.

1 – Don’t be that girl or guy that looks inappropriate in photos.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2 – Don’t be that girl wearing a super slutty outfit. You’re not going out to a club or trendy nightspot. Don’t try to outdo the bride. It’s her day… Please let her have her day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 – Don’t be that guy wearing jeans (if you must go with jeans go with dark jeans)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4 – Don’t be that girl or guy not talking to people and always on your cell phone. Weddings are a great time to network, meet new people and to see to old friends and family. Put away your phone and be as much in the moment as possible. Unless it is wedding relative don’t use it.
